Add a copyright page

What you'll do: create a copyright page from your publication details, or edit your own wording.

1. Open Book extras.
2. Click Edit beside Copyright. If it isn't included, use Add a page to add it.
3. Choose Create from details.

Check the Copyright owner and Year, then enter a publisher if needed. These values apply only to the copyright page; they don't change your book's author or other metadata.

Choose No disclaimer, Fiction, or Non-fiction. Open Copyright page options to choose clauses and additional information. ISBNs and catalogue information come from Setup. Any remaining placeholders, such as a design credit, can be completed in Edit text afterwards.

The preview shows a draft. Click Create copyright page or Replace copyright text to save it. Replacing text offers Undo; simply previewing a draft does not change existing wording.

Edit your own text

Choose Edit text to write or paste your wording in the rich-text editor. Existing custom text opens here by default. Edits save as you write.

Use Done to return to your pages. For placement and print page sides, open Page options. See Reorder pages and Choose where a page appears.
